ORDERING
What payment methods do you accept?
You can order from Knoddingskull with PayPal or these major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Sorry, we do not accept money orders or personal checks.
Is my order secure?
When you are in the final checkout mode, you should see a lock shown on your browser somewhere at the bottom of your screen. This means that the order is secure. This is only important when submitting credit card information.
Can I view the status of my orders?
Yes you can do this at anytime. Simply click the "View Account" button located on the top of each page. Please note that in order for you to view your account you need to have created an account at the time of purchase.

How much is shipping?
US Orders
- 0 to $20 is $5.00
- $20.01 to $35 is $7.00
- $35.01 to $50 is $8.00
- $50.01 to $60 is $9.00
- $60.01 to $70 is $10.00
- $70.01 to $90 is $11.00
- $90.01 to $120 is $12.00
- $120.01 to $150 is $13.00
- $150.01 to $180 is $15.00
International Orders
$12.00 for the first item $2.00 for each additional item. Expected delivery time 8 to 10 working days. All items are shipped via Priority Mail or Airmail if priority is not available.
How long should it take to get my order?
US orders normally ship in 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail which normally takes 2-3 working days for delivery.
International orders normally ship in 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail or Airmail which normally takes 8-10 working days for delivery.
Can I have my order shipped overnight?
No, we aren't providing any express mail at this time.

Do your shirts shrink?
All our shirts are made of 100% cotton, so yes- they shrink. Expect them to shrink about half a size when washed, like all new T-shirts.
RETURNS
You sent me the wrong shirt, or I plain don’t like it-now what do I do?
If we sent the wrong shirt or size, we’ll correct the mistake. You can return your unworn, unwashed shirt for a full refund for up to 60 days after purchase date, less original shipping charges. Please include a detailed note stating if you would like a refund or an exchange. Exchanges require a 5$ restocking fee.
